1926 and 1927 undefeated teams with record of 17-0-1

1926 led DHS to its most successful season ever at the time. 8-0-1

1927 lead DHS to the FIRST unbeaten, and unscored upon, football season in KHSA history, 9-0, the first of only three such occurrences in KHSAA history.

KY football coaching record 88-10-6 with 4 unbeaten seasons; lifetime coaching record 122-43-11.
